How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@nova-labs.dev with:

• Your order number or the email address used for purchase
• The product you'd like refunded

We'll process your refund promptly. All refunds are handled through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license to use the Product is revoked. Please delete any copies of the Product from your devices.

Exceptions

This refund policy applies to all standard purchases. Refund requests made after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of obvious abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
