These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Nova Labs, a brand operated by AckNova Automations ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

Nova Labs sells digital products including playbooks, guides, templates, and software skills ("Products"). All Products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Purchase and Delivery

All payments are processed through LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased Product via download link and/or email. LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing, VAT/sales tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.

4. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own business or personal purposes. You may:

  • Use the Product in your own projects and business
  • Modify and adapt the Product for your own use
  • Use the Product on multiple devices you personally own

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Product with others
  • Use the Product to create a competing product
  • Claim ownership of the original Product materials

5. Intellectual Property

All Products remain the intellectual property of Nova Labs / AckNova Automations. Your purchase grants a license to use the Product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes from using our Products. Results depend on your implementation, business context, and effort.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Labs / AckNova Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
